Engaging our structure
Working in an environmentally-friendly facility is one of our priorities. So, in 2019, we have refurbished our main reception office, in compliance with current standards and regulations, and given priority to energy-saving equipment.
Interior and exterior lighting is exclusively LED , and some areas (sanitary facilities) are equipped with automatic lighting. A master circuit-breaker switches off all lighting at closing time; exterior lighting is programmed to switch off at midnight, thus avoiding light pollution.
Water management is optimized with the installation of water-saving tanks for the sanitary facilities and taps fitted with timed mixers for the various washbasins.
For the comfort of our visitors and our teams, ventilation is managed by a CMV system, and heating and air conditioning by zone-controlled dual-flow systems.
Staff sort waste selectively, and recycle materials such as printer and photocopier ink cartridges.
The volume of printing is assessed to limit waste and the disposal of our media.
Finally, actions and recommendations on behavior and usage have been put in place for employees.
Promoting the local economy is also one of our missions. To develop the range of products offered in our boutique, we call on local artisans and producers to promote short supply chains. Whenever possible, the products on sale are certified organic or sustainable, and the objects are made in France, mainly by local craftsmen.
The marketing of the products themselves is supported by events/tastings organized by the producers themselves, helping them to develop their business.
The company is attentive to the social cohesion of its teams, and every year organizes days dedicated to this time of exchange. Throughout the year, we organize training sessions and "éductours" between different departments to promote communication, and we also take part in escape games to share experiences outside the company.
