The Hôtel de Bernis is one of the oldest and most beautiful houses in Nîmes. Its 15th-century Gothic facade features beautiful mullioned windows. Its 17th-century courtyard is remarkable.

The semi-circular vault on the first floor housed a shop in the Middle Ages. The charming inner courtyard is inspired by the Arena, with its arches and well. The courtyard facades, refurbished under the reign of Louis XIII, are in the style of the Temple of Diana.
